As of 31 December 2020 you won't be able to install Flash on your Mac. However, for now Apple isn't stopping you from installing Flash on your Mac it's just letting you know when you do need to. The issue reported by @ bewilderedinRiverside is for Acrobat Reader, not Flash. Even if you have chosen to install Flash on your Mac, it won't necessarily remain there. Flash tends to disappear from your Mac everytime you update the Mac operating system. Jun 26, 2017 I've just bought a brand new macbook pro and have tried to download adobe flash many many times and it just won't work.
